As summer draws to an end and fall quickly approaches we are reminded of the changing seasons. Summer has definitely been a season for change and growth at Living Water. It has been a season of growth and deliverance as we’ve continued to see souls filled with the Holy Ghost and to witness spiritual growth. We are reminded that if we are faithful in cultivating the soil and planting the seeds God will give the increase. This was evident when one young man received the Holy Ghost on his first visit to the church following his very first home Bible study session. Thank God for hungry hearts!
Our Wednesday night children’s church is growing with several children expressing a desire to be baptized in Jesus name. As we continue to nurture these young ones I truly believe that we will reach the families through them. This has already become evident with one family as the older brother of two of the children came and wants to be baptized as well. Some people say these children are the church of tomorrow but I believe they are the church of today. As our children and teens return to the classroom let us pray that God will use each of them to shine His light in their schools.
There are a number of exciting things to come as we look forward to God’s continued blessings at Living Water. As the Pastor said on Sunday, this gift of the Holy Ghost is FREE and IS FOR ME. Continue to pray for revival.
